Job description:

  • Assistance to the Store Manager in running the restaurant business
  • Preparation of make-to-order Koykan products
  • Food handling and preparation of finished products
  • Taking care of the operation and hygiene of the restaurant
  • Management, coordination and education of the shift team (kitchen, bar)
  • Food control: storage, expiration dates, correctness, quantity of stock
  • Taking care of the restaurant’s profitability in a shift
  • Caring for customer satisfaction during the shift
  • Proactive branch development
  • Cooperation on menu development and standardization
  • Direct cooperation with the management of the group
