  • Food handling and preparation of finished products
  • Taking care of the operation and hygiene of the restaurant
  • Management, coordination and education of the team (kitchen, bar)
  • Food control: storage, expiration dates, correctness, stock quantity
  • Responsibility for the restaurant’s profitability
  • Coordination of local store marketing activities
  • Proactive business development
  • Cooperation on menu development and standardisation
  • Direct cooperation with the management of the group
